As the Director of Sales & Leasing at Commercial Realty Associates, Ashley is responsible for ensuring optimized business operations and new business growth, including residential home and investment property sales through the brokerage’s growing residential division. With a record of successfully matching clients to the solution that best suits their needs, Ashley has experience representing buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial sales and leasing transactions throughout the Dayton metropolitan area.

Originally from the Dayton area, Ashley graduated from Centerville High School prior to relocating to Chicago to attend DePaul University. After graduation in 2007, she obtained a real estate license and worked as a direct assistant to one of Chicago’s top producing residential agents (who averaged $50+ million in annual sales). She later went on to join SMS Assist, LLC, a booming technology driven startup company specializing in property management located in Chicago’s John Hancock building. She quickly progressed to hold various managerial level positions of increasing responsibility throughout her time at the company. After relocating back to Ohio in 2018, Ashley continued to work for SMS Assist with periodic travel to and from Chicago before making the decision to part ways in order to pursue a real estate career in Dayton.

Since joining Commercial Realty Associates, Ashley has spearheaded the development and growth of the brokerage’s residential division while building upon and optimizing brokerage operations as one of Dayton’s leading real estate firms. Her resume is unique and she’s excited to use the knowledge and tools developed throughout 12+ years of experience in senior level real estate management to help you achieve your goals.
