In 2004, David switched gears and returned home with his young family to pursue his life-long dream of developing a luxury-residential subdivision.  The following year, Auteur Estates was proudly introduced:  an environmentally-sound boutique community that has blossomed into one of Dayton’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

As a developer, David oversees every aspect of the homebuilding process.  He works closely with the homeowners, builders, architects, designers, civil engineers, and government officials.

David’s commitment to excellence and passion for development was recognized in 2009 when he received the prestigious Builder of the Year Award from the Dayton Home Builder’s Association.

Both David and Auteur Estates have flourished:  in September 2014 David was inaugurated as the 71stPresident of the Dayton HBA and Auteur Estates will host the much anticipated Homearama Luxury Edition in September 2013.

David’s unique background in finance, construction and residential development now combine with his leadership skills and a love of high art and style to produce LUXE, a new and exciting luxury real estate company focused on residential properties valued at $500,000 and above.
